Aggression in an organization affects both its employees and organization itself. Aggression that is derived from inside or outside of organization appears in three types. One of them is the expressions of hostility that is not intended to do physical harm but to apply psychological impression. Second is the obstructionism just to impede other employees’work. Third one is the overt aggression that is aimed to injure employees. In this article that conducted on nurses in Kayseri, the effects of aggression and violence on employees are shown. It is found that there is a negative correlation between aggression and both job satisfaction and motivation. Besides, there is a positive correlation between aggression and stress, the problems of sleeplessness, anxiety and high or low blood pressure.
