Stress incontinence is important disorder with significantly impact on the quality of life in middle or old aged woman, tt was obtained highly succesfull result wih different surgical technique. One of them sling procedure can be used stress urinary incontinence (Intrinsic sphincteric deficiency.anatomic incontinence or both). We evaluated our long term outcome for patient with incontinence using aanterior vaginal sling technique. Metod:Between 2000-2005,28 patient were treated with anterior vaginal wall sling. Preoperative evaluation included history, UDI- 6 symptom score, pad test, physical vaginal examination ,urine analysis and culture, biochemistry, leak point pressure, stress boney test, ultrasnografi, if necessary I VP.Mean age of the patients was 54 (41 -72) years. Follow-up period was 8-36 months. Result: Of the patient 8 had uretral hipermobility and 20 mixt type incontinence. The repair failed in 32,2 percent of the 28 patient who had recurrent incontinence during followup 8-36 months. Overall outcome measures were evaluated with pad test and symptom score. Postoperative symptoms score decreased from 10,5 to 3 and pad test decreased from 5 to 1,7 Conclusion: It can be concluded that the anterior vaginal wall sling is an effective procedure in the patients with stress incontinence with its being otolog, the decrease of urinary erosion and the chance of intervention to secondary pathology in spite of the development of'different sling materials
