Spontaneous regression of lumbar disc herniation: Report of two cases
Spontan disk regresyonu lomber, torakal, servikal bölgelerde ve çeşitli klinik durumlarda tanımlanmıştır. Lomber disk hernisinin spontan regresyonu iyi tanımlanmış bir antite olmakla beraber oluşum mekanizması tam olarak bilinmemektedir. Bu konuda çeşitli teoriler ileri sürülmüştür. Bu çalışmada lomber radikülopati şikayeti ile başvuran ve izlemde klinik düzelme olan lomber disk hernili iki olgu durumlarını gösteren radyolojik tetkikleri ile sunulmuştur. Lomber disk hernisinin cerrahi endikasyonuna karar verirken; neden olduğu nörolojik semptomların medikal tedavi ile düzelebileceği ve spontan regresyon ihtimali göz önünde bulundurularak konmalıdır.
