Mikrodalga Destekli Suzuki-Miyaura Kenetleme Reaksiyonları ile Çok Yönlü ve Çok Amaçlı Özelliklere Sahip Ninhidrin Türevli Bileşiklerin Sentezi, Fotofiziksel ve Elektrokimyasal Özelliklerinin Araştırılması

Öz:
Bu proje kapsamında BODIPY çekirdekleri ile ninhidrin bileşiği kenetlenerek gizli parmak izlerinin belirlenmesinde yüksek floresans özelliğe sahip yeni ve etklili ninhidrin-BODIPY türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Bu amaçla ninhidrin sentezi, BODIPY sentezi, BODIPY'lerin brominasyonu, bromlu BODIPY'lerin pinakolat türevlerine dönüştürülmesi ve pinakolat BODIPY'lerin ninhidrin ile Suzuki-Miyaura kenetleme tepkimeleri mikrodalga altında gerçekleştirilerek elektrokimyasal ve fotofiziksel özellikleri incelenmiştir.
