Yatay ve dikey bireycilik & kolektivizm ile para etiği ilişkisi: Türk ve Kırgız üniversite öğrencileri üzerinde karşılaştırmalı bir araştırma
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de okuyan üniversite öğrencileri, Kırgızistan’da eğitim gören Türk öğrenciler ve Kırgız üniversite öğrencilerinin para etiği, yatay ve dikey bireycilik & kolektivizm eğilimlerinin karşılaştırılmaktadır. Ayrıca çalışmada yatay ve dikey bireycilik & kolektivizm ile para etiği arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmektedir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre yüksek dikey bireycilik eğilimine sahip olanlar parayı başarının sembolü olarak görmektedirler. Ayrıca, yapılan harcama miktarı arttıkça bütçeye verilen önem azalmaktadır. Kırgız öğrenciler için para hem şeytan olarak hem de başarının sembolü olarak düşünmektedirler. Buna ilave olarak, Türkiye’de eğitim gören Türk öğrencilerin yatay kolektivizm eğilimi, Kırgızistan’da eğitim gören Türk öğrencilerden ve Kırgız öğrencilerden daha yüksek olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.
