Gingival metastasis of renal cell carcinoma: A case report
Öz: Renal cell carcinoma is a malignancy with an unpredictable behavior and high incidence of metastatic spread. The most common sites of metastases are lung and bones. However, such metastatic growths have also been found all over the body. Gingival metastasis of renal cell carcinoma is extremely rare. We report a 59-years-old male patient with metastatic sarcomatoid and rapidly growing type of renal cell carcinoma of the gingiva.

Öz: Renal hücreli Karsinomun Gingiva Metastazı: Olgu Sunumu Renal hücreli karsinom beklenmedik davranışları ve yüksek metastaz eğilimi olan bir malignitedir. Metastazlar tüm vücut bölgelerinde bulunabilir, bununla birlikte en sık görüldüğü yerler akciğer ve kemiktir. Renal hücreli karsinomun gingiva metastazı oldukça nadirdir. Bu olgu sunumunda, gingivada yerleşmiş sarkomatoid komponentler içeren ve hızlı büyüyen metastatik renal hücreli karsinomlu 59 yaşında erkek bir hasta sunulmuştur.
