Öz:

Endometrium adenokanserinin histolojik bir alt grubu olan uterin papiller seröz karsinom (UPSC), papiller yapılar, kötü differansiasyon ve tanı anında ileri evrede bulunması ile karakterize; agresif klinik seyirli ve kötü prognozlu bir tümördür. Burada, servikal ve vajinal tutulumu olan 82 yaşındaki bir UPSC olgusu sunulmaktadır.

Uterine papillary serous carcinoma with cervical and vaginal involvement: A case report

Öz:

Uterine papillary serous carcinoma (UPSC) is a histologie subtype of endometrial adenocarcinoma that is characterized by its papillary architecture, poor differentiation and advanced stage at initial presentation. UPSC is of particular interest because of the aggressive clinical course and poor prognosis associated with the disease. Here, we report on a case of UPSC with cervical and vaginal involvement.
