Bir Köpekte Dil Nekrozunda Trombositçe Zengin Plazma (PRP) Uygulaması

Öz:

Bu olgu sunumu, nekrotik, ülseratif, yangılı glossit ile kliniğimize getirilen 6 yaşlı erkek Cocker Spaniel türü köpekte, trombositçe zengin plazma (PRP) uygulamasının klinik sonuçlarını ortaya koymaktadır. PRP, rejeneratif tıp dahilinde yerini almış, otolog ve uygulama kolaylığına sahip bir yöntem olup, literatürde bugüne kadar kanıtlanan rejenerasyon kabiliyetine rağmen, veteriner hekimlik alanında yeterince değerlendirilmediği kanaatindeyiz. Yöntemin daha fazla dikkate alınarak endikasyon dahilinde yaygınlaştırılması, ilgili alanlarda klinik başarıyı arttıracaktır.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Application in a Dog with Tongue Necrosis

Öz:

This case report describes the clinical effects of platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy in a 6 year old, male cocker spaniel with necrotic, ulcerative, inflammatory glossitis. PRP is a method, part of regenerative medicine, is an autologous and easily applied method with literature reports on its regenerative efficiency, but is not benefited properly in veterinary medicine. The authors state that consideration of this method within endication would bring clinical success in related areas.
