KAMU ÇALIŞANLARINDA ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK VE PRESENTEEİSM ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ KARS İL ÖRNEĞİ

Öz:
Örgütsel bağlılık, örgütün değerleriyle çalışanların değerlerinin özdeşleşmesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Presenteeism, çalışanın hasta olmasına rağmen dinlenmek yerine çalışması durumunu ifade eder. Bu araştırma örgütsel bağlılık (normatif, devamlılık ve duygusal bağlılık) ile presenteeism (işte varolmama) arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 50 PTT çalışanından anket tekniğiyle veriler toplanmış ve SPSS paket programıyla analizler yapılmıştır. Sonuçlar örgütsel bağlılık ile presenteeism arasında orta düzeyde olumlu yönlü bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir. Demografik değişkenler açısından elde edilen sonuçlarda ise yaş grupları arasında bir farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır

Relationship Between Organizational Commitment And Presenteeism In Public Works: Kars Province Example

Öz:
Organizational commitment is defined as the identification of employee values with organizational values. Presenteeism refers to the state of work rather than rest, even though the employee is ill. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between organizational commitment (normative, continuance and affective commitment) and presenteeism. Data in this study were collected through survey method from 50 PTT employees. Data were analysed by using SPSS packing program. Results showed that there is a moderate and positive the relationship between organizational commitment and presenteeism. Furthermore, findings in demographic variables were showed that there is a difference between age groups
