In the last part of the book Kitâb-ı Cevhernâme by Yahya Gaffari (Suleymaniye Library, Nuruosmaniye section, number 3762) there is pamphlet namely Kitâb-ı Leke-nâme. The text that has been formed by two parts, first one named as Leke-nâme. In this part stain types and their cleaning methods has been explained. There is no special name has given to the second part. According to some statements in the introduction part, the name Panzehir Risalesi could be given. In this part some cures for poisons and illnesses has been mentioned. In this work, firstly these two pamphlets has been evaluated by their language and their contents. Afterwards the text has brought up to date and transcribed. And lastly a dictionary has been prepared for special words. And lastly the original text has been added.
