A case of a huge paraovarian cyst
Öz: Paraovarian cysts are cystic epithelial lesions that are originated from remnants of mesonephric system and they constitute about 10% of adnexial masses. Since they are usually small in size and larger ones are misdiagnosed as ovarian cyst, it is difficult to be diagnosed preoperatively. They have very low malignant potential. We presented here a large paraovarian cyst case.
